2015 Lenze Americas Corporation: Responsible in the process which fixed communication between 1st and 2nd shift. Essentially fixing a problem that went back years of incorrect inventory counts.
2018 Antron Engineering & Machine Co. Inc.: Fixed issue with CMM at Antron with probe hanging up at 90 degrees, CMM was serviced; I found the issue after they were not able to successfully resolve the problem.
2020 Started Mechanical CAD I course at Quinsigamond Community College.
2020 Emuge Corporation: Got 1% higher raise not just cost of living than others in first year for taking Mechanical CAD I, course at Quinsigamond Community College.
2021 Symmons Industries: I left Symmons in July for ARCH cutting tools & since round CNC cutting tools ie. Endmills and Drills is a niche industry I knew replacing me was unlikely. Thus, one year into working at ARCH Cutting Tools, RI. I was a catalyst in ARCH gaining the Symmons Account.
2022 ARCH Cutting Tools: Successfully completed the transfer of the entire line of Internally made tools at Symmons Industries to be made at ARCH.
2023 Hyde Tools Inc.: I got my long sought after position as an Engineer.
