2015 Lenze Americas Corporation: Responsible in the process which fixed communication between 1st and 2nd shift. Resolved long-standing, multi-year inventory discrepancies by establishing clear communication protocols between 1st and 2nd shift.
2018 Antron Engineering & Machine Co. Inc.: Fixed issue with CMM at Antron with probe hanging up at 90 degrees, CMM was serviced; I found the issue after they were not able to successfully resolve the problem. In which the wires were all tangled and knotted up causing interference and a poor signal to the CMM.
2019 Emuge Corporation: Contributed to grand opening ceremony for its expanded manufacturing facility in West Boylston, Massachusetts. This expansion doubled the size of the original building to over 50,000 sq. ft., adding manufacturing, tool-reconditioning space, a new PVD coating center, and an expanded Technology and Training Center. In which Charlie Baker (former Governor of Massachusetts) was invited but unable to attend.
2020: Emuge Corporation: Started Mechanical CAD I course at Quinsigamond Community College.
2020 Emuge Corporation: Got 1% higher raise not just cost of living than others in first year for taking Mechanical CAD I course at Quinsigamond Community College.
2021 Symmons Industries, Inc. & ARCH Cutting Tools : I left Symmons Industries, Inc. in July to work at ARCH Cutting Tools. Since round CNC cutting tools ie. Endmill's and Drills is a niche industry I knew replacing me was unlikely. Thus, one year into working at ARCH Cutting Tools, RI. I was a catalyst in ARCH Cutting Tools gaining the Symmons Account.
2022 ARCH Cutting Tools: Successfully completed the transfer of the entire line of Internally made tools at Symmons Industries to be made at ARCH.
2023 Hyde Tools Inc.: I got my long sought after position as an Engineer. (Manufacturing Process Engineering is highly sought after, primarily due to a significant talent shortage and the rapid adoption of advanced technologies like Industry 4.0 and AI).
2025 Hyde Tools Inc.: Department Optimization, CapEx (Capital Equipment) Planning & R&D
2025 Hyde Tools Inc.: M&A integration of parts consisting of SolidWorks models & drawings and direct communication with employees from the company Hyde Tools Inc. acquired.
2025 Hyde Tools Inc.: Contributed to the 150th year Anniversary and taking part in Projects such as M&A integrations and CapEx to continue a long successful company history.
2026 Hyde Tools Inc.: A major milestone the delivery of the Trumpf TruLaser 3030 9kW for the CapEx (Capital Equipment) Planning & Department Optimization which I helped create the floor plans for the current department layout, helped with quoting, getting new storage racking & the bridge crane. Current cost of this CapEx Project is approx 1.1 Million.
