Expert Consulting Services

I deliver practical solutions for manufacturing processes, equipment setups, process improvements, operational analysis and optimized plant layouts. Client-provided layouts can be marked up with recommended changes for a conceptual layout to be implemented by the client's Engineering or CAD team. Unlike AI tools that rely on public data, my recommendations draw directly from hands-on, internal operational experience gained inside real-world manufacturing environments. 

Consulting engagements are focused on analysis, recommendations, process improvements, operational guidance, and conceptual layouts. Final engineering, CAD drafting, design approval, implementation, and validation remain the responsibility of the client's engineering or CAD team unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Engagement Terms & Rates

• My service rate is $150/hr. - $250/hr. 
• Rates cover consulting time only. Specialized deliverables, such as detailed written reports or extensive technical data, may be quoted separately based on project complexity.
• Non-disclosure and confidentiality are prioritized for all client engagements. Mutual NDAs are available upon request.
• Consultations must not involve direct conflicts of interest
• All consultations are conducted Remotely via videoconferencing Zoom or Teams. Request for teleconferencing is acceptable but not preferred (as data, slides, pictures and/or videos may be reviewed.)
• Payments are accepted via check or electronic transfer (ACH/Wire) made payable to James F. McQueeney. Please include 'Consulting Services' as the payment reference.
• Invoices issued under Net 15 terms are due within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. Invoices issued under Net 30 terms are due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Work may be paused or suspended on accounts with overdue balances. 
• New clients require payment upfront. Established clients and qualified referrals may be eligible for Net 15 terms. Qualified & verified Tier 1 manufacturing and enterprise clients may be eligible for Net 30 terms.
• A 4-hour minimum booking is required for all projects. Engagements under the 4-hour minimum will incur a flat $500 service fee. 
• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a partial booking fee.

Consulting services consist of professional analysis, recommendations, and advisory services based on the information available at the time of the engagement. Specific business, financial, production, or operational results are not guaranteed. 

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information, data, drawings, specifications, and other materials provided for analysis. Recommendations are based on the information made available during the engagement.
