Gym Records

All records are supported by video and/or photographic evidence and are verifiable through my YouTube channel; unpublished records are retained on video, and certain entries reflect current working weights rather than one-repetition maximums.
An asterisk (*) denotes a comparison record.
Unless otherwise noted, all records were achieved beginning at age 39. 

I have provided blood work below and I'm willing to undergo additional testing at a reputable laboratory such as Labcorp provided the requesting party covers all associated costs to prove Natural Status.

*3 NFL Scouting Combine record for the highest vertical jump 46 inches, achieved by safety Gerald Sensabaugh in 2005, at 22 years old

*4 NFL Combine all-time record for 225-pound bench press repetitions is 51 reps set by defensive tackle Justin Ernest in 1999 at 26 years old. Though the NFL officially recognizes defensive tackle Stephen Paea at 22 years old 49 reps from 2011 as the record because Ernest went undrafted.

*5 Known NFL player Sled Pushes outside linebacker James Harrison’s 1,960-Pound Drive, defensive tackle  Eddie Goldman’s 1,000-Pound Drive
